To promote advancement in the field of emergency communications, promote skills and help
facilitate the needs of radio operators in times of crisis. To help provide a source of
skilled, trained, and capable radio operators, together with necessary equipment to be
used at any time, day or night, for emergency communication service to civilian authorities,
Emergency Management, military, Law Enforcement, and the Red Cross in the event of an
emergency, disaster, or catastrophe.
To help serve and protect with benevolence the communities in the four state area.
